In a career that has spanned four countries, Lyndsy brings more than 2 decades of experience in partnering with clients to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with their strategic priorities. Lyndsy quickly grasps the business realities of her clients’ industries, the nuances of their organizational cultures and proposes recommendations that deliver results. 

Lyndsy brings a wealth of experience in the area of organizational development. Prior to joining the Boreala team, Lyndsy spent many years working with the American Management Association, one of the worlds’ largest providers of professional leadership development.  She partnered with clients from all industries, in both the private and public sector to assist them in the creation of customized employee development programs and initiatives designed to support organizational strategy.

Lyndsy’s areas of expertise include strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership/employee development, change management and communications. 

As an Account Director, Lyndsy works with various Boreala clients to identify solutions that will meet the core needs of their business. She secures the most appropriate resources for each of her client’s needs, carefully managing all projects and ultimately ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

As a Boreala Partner, Lyndsy’s heads up all business development and marketing initiatives for the firm and is responsible for managing all strategic partnerships.

Lyndsy has a B.A. Honours in International Business from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom. She is a Prosci accredited Change Management Practitioner a  certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator through the ADR Learning Institute.
