A champion of helping people and organizations grow, with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Martine has previously worked in the health, technology, and communications and advertising sectors.
Before joining the Boreala team, Martine was an HR Director working with teams focused on the holistic employee experience, from business partnership and advising, to operational efficiency and analytics. She brings a varied scope of HR and management knowledge when accompanying clients in matters ranging from employment standards to engagement and professional growth, total rewards, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational structure and development.
Martine values learning from others and she considers personal development and learning to be a lifelong journey, extending from her academic pursuits and career interests to her hobbies and community involvement.
Martine holds a bachelor’s degree from Université de Montréal (specialized in management, industrial relations, and health and safety), as well as a Master’s of Business Administration at Université de Sherbrooke. As well as being a Certified Human Resources Professional (CRHP-CRHA), she is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.
Known for being optimistic, collaborative and perseverant, Martine aims to gain an in-depth understanding of her client’s needs and their communities’ realities, and to work alongside them, building solutions that are as adapted to those needs as they are to the individuals that drive them.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
