Prior to transitioning to the consulting world, Pauline spent 15 years in human resources management within organizations of all sizes and across various sectors, including services, manufacturing, and non-profits – her favorite ecosystem. Her international career, from Europe to Australia to North America, demonstrates her expertise and ability to adapt to diverse cultural and professional environments.

Her people-centered vision is clear: to act for the common good by enhancing trust, collaboration, transparency, and curiosity. She is dedicated to contributing to the success of the organizations she supports.
