With over 15 years of diverse experience in project management, human resources, and organisational development in various industries including translation and healthcare, Marie honed her planning skills and her capacity to build strong connections with clients and collaborators. Led by a strong sense of equity, she favors a holistic approach, aiming to support clients in achieving organisational goals while always keeping in mind the individuals behind the processes. 

Her background in project management and leading multidisciplinary production teams, along with her experience in both very large and small fast-growing organisations has provided her with a nuanced understanding of complex and varied organisational contexts. Her focus on details and underlying patterns also allow her to provide practical insights rooted in the client’s reality and context, leading to tangible and applicable solutions.

She supports Boreala clients with team and department assessments & diagnostics, change management, needs analysis, tool development & implementation, and much more.​

An accredited member of l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Ressources Management, as well as a master’s in Organizational Development from l’Université du Québec à Montréal. She is also a Prosci certified change management practitioner.
