Prior to joining the Boreala team, Jena cumulated 10 years of experience in various HR positions. Having worked in manufacturing, financial and syndicated environments, she has gained a wide range of experience in different aspects of the HR field. She stands out for her human, solution-oriented approach and ability to assess clients’ needs.​

Professionally curious, Jena has had the chance to set up an HR department from scratch using her strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Her listening skills and empathy have assisted her to navigate diverse and complex contexts and quickly build trust with clients.​

Jena loves to learn and believes that we can never stop learning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Concordia University. In addition to being a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals, she is also a Prosci accredited Change Management Practitioner, and hopes to keep on learning as she grows professionally and personally.
