Ericka joined our team in August 2024 as an analyst, after accumulating experience in recruitment, training, management & coordination, and strategic planning. Through her experiences she has supported senior management of various organizations align their objectives with their operational needs and vice-versa. 

Her approach is based on collaboration, inclusion and adaptation. She is also known for her empathy and her organizational skills. 

Deeply interested in employee well-being, Ericka aims to share her knowledge and expertise on best organizational practices. More specifically, she aspires to optimize working conditions for employees who are passionate and determined to better support their communities. 

Ericka holds a cumulative bachelor’s degree made of a major in psychology, and a minor in health and social services management from University of Montreal (UdeM). She is currently in the last stretch of completing her master’s degree in human resources at Quebec University of Montreal (UQAM – ESG). For her thesis, she chose to combine her interest in employees’ well-being, to her multidisciplinary studies, along with her work experience in the non-profit sector, to study psychosocial risks in non-profit workers. 

Although work and school keep her quite busy, she never misses an opportunity to pick up her backpack and explore the world… or the province!
