Curious, strategic-thinker and analytical by nature, Justine has a solid background in fast-paced and performing environments in the hospitality, financials and IT industries. With 20 years of experience in customer service, she aims for quality, effectiveness and excellence.

Before joining Boreala, she has successfully set up HR departments from scratch and supported organizations in their journey towards social responsibility. Mastering both HR fundamentals and strategic management, Justine enjoys navigating in multicultural, changing and complex contexts. It is by using her strong interpersonal, openness and empathy that she has guided teams and leaders through change. 

Justine supports her clients in the areas of strategy, organizational effectiveness, diagnostic and development, employee engagement, talent management and development, performance management and succession planning. She addresses her mandates with a view on social responsibility, carefully considering all of the stakeholders involved.

With a college diploma in Hotel Management, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from UQAM, a DESS in Management of Sustainable Development from HEC Montreal and as a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrees and Prosci-accredited Change Management practitioner, Justine is able to quickly understand organizational realities of her clients and combine the challenges of business with social, economic and governance issues.
