Erica is dedicated in helping people reach their full potential. She is highly captivated by innovation in organizational strategy and is as committed to the well-being of management as she is to the well-being of employees. Erica has over a decade of experience in human resources in various industries, including the education system, the technology sector, the tourism industry, and the restaurant industry. Curious, dynamic, and empathetic by nature, Erica stands out for her collaborative spirit, her ability to listen and her positivism.

In addition to being an accredited member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources since 2013, she holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from the UQAM. She is also sharing her knowledge by teaching at the college level. 

Human resources are not Erica’s only passion. As a former competitive student-athlete, she is involved in the next generation of Basketball. As a coach, referee and player, the discipline, collaboration, and memories that sports brings to many is important to Erica.
