commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec la Premi\u00e8re nation Cree de Waswanipi au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2020.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le but d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les m\u00e9thodes de travail et la collaboration \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de l&rsquo;organisation, et d&rsquo;augmenter le niveau de service offert aux membres de la communaut\u00e9, le CFNW a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Boreala de r\u00e9aliser un diagnostic organisationnel de l&rsquo;administration de la bande, ainsi que du chef et du conseil.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un processus approfondi qui a impliqu\u00e9 la consultation des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les niveaux ainsi que d&rsquo;autres parties prenantes externes. Pour que chacun se sente \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise pour apporter sa contribution, diverses m\u00e9thodes de collecte de donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es, notamment des groupes de discussion, des entretiens individuels, une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;ensemble du personnel et des consultations en personne avec les employ\u00e9s (style \u00ab\u00a0world caf\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb).   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;approche de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Boreala a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des relations solides et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que les employ\u00e9s se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en sachant que l&rsquo;objectif n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas de porter un jugement, mais de se concentrer sur l&rsquo;avenir et sur la mani\u00e8re dont les r\u00e9sultats et les recommandations des diagnostics pourraient aider le CFNW \u00e0 prosp\u00e9rer.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement du processus de diagnostic en 2021, Boreala a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir le CFNW dans sa d\u00e9marche d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration, en \u00e9laborant conjointement des solutions \u00e0 la suite des recommandations formul\u00e9es dans le rapport.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis 2021, la direction de Boreala s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9e au CFNW dans le cadre de projets visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 organisationnelle :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9laboration d&rsquo;un <\/span><b>plan strat\u00e9gique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> au niveau du chef et du conseil, relay\u00e9 par un plan strat\u00e9gique de l&rsquo;administration et des plans d&rsquo;action d\u00e9partementaux.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un nouveau syst\u00e8me de <\/span><b>Programme de gestion des performances<\/b> <b>de gestion des performances,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comprenant la formation de tous les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;objectifs SMART, et la formation de tous les responsables des ressources humaines \u00e0 la fourniture d&rsquo;un retour d&rsquo;information et \u00e0 la gestion des probl\u00e8mes de performance.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refonte de l&rsquo;ensemble de la structure de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration <\/span><b>structure de
