C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des rares commissions scolaires au Canada \u00e0 avoir une comp\u00e9tence ind\u00e9pendante en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation sur son propre territoire autochtone.   <\/p><p>Le service des ressources humaines de la CSB \u00e9tait confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis uniques pour attirer et retenir des candidats qualifi\u00e9s qui s&rsquo;int\u00e9greraient bien \u00e0 la vie de la commission scolaire et \u00e0 celle de la communaut\u00e9 dans son ensemble.<\/p><p>Boreala Management a soutenu l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe RH de l&rsquo;OEC dans ses efforts pour am\u00e9liorer la fourniture de services RH dans le but d&rsquo;augmenter la performance globale de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. L&rsquo;accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;attraction des talents et des taux de r\u00e9tention des employ\u00e9s. En \u00e9troite collaboration avec notre client, un partenariat pluriannuel a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place :  <\/p><ul><li>D\u00e9velopper des programmes de recrutement tels que l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, la planification de la rel\u00e8ve et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements d&rsquo;orientation ;<\/li><li>Mettre en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies pour am\u00e9liorer le processus de recrutement ;<\/li><li>Conception d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate sur l&rsquo;engagement des employ\u00e9s adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la culture ;<\/li><li>la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;\u00e9valuations afin d&rsquo;identifier les domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer et le soutien \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des recommandations ; et,<\/li><li>Assurer le coaching et le mentorat des employ\u00e9s pour les responsables des ressources humaines.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Le r\u00e9sultat est une structure RH r\u00e9vis\u00e9e con\u00e7ue pour soutenir davantage le renforcement continu des capacit\u00e9s du CSB et dont l&rsquo;impact positif a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu. \u00ab\u00a0En interne, les employ\u00e9s ont constat\u00e9 un changement dans la strat\u00e9gie des ressources humaines et se sentent plus confiants dans l&rsquo;image de marque de l&rsquo;OEC en mati\u00e8re de recrutement et dans le d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines dans son ensemble\u00a0\u00bb &#8211;
