Le gouvernement local \u00e9tait confront\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis concernant ses politiques de ressources humaines, qui n&rsquo;avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mises \u00e0 jour depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et n&rsquo;\u00e9taient plus adapt\u00e9es au monde du travail moderne. En outre, l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un langage juridique complexe et de normes vagues du code du travail a cr\u00e9\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 et de la confusion pour de nombreux employ\u00e9s.  <\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_11\">En partenariat avec Boreala Management, la Nation crie de Nemaska (CNN) s&rsquo;est lanc\u00e9e dans un projet de refonte de ses politiques de ressources humaines.  <\/span><span class=\"color_11\">Activit\u00e9s incluses :<\/span><\/p><ul><li class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_11\">Clarifier les zones de confusion dans les politiques existantes et \u00e9laborer de nouvelles politiques ;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"font_8\">R\u00e9aliser une analyse compl\u00e8te de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration totale et int\u00e9grer les r\u00e9sultats dans les r\u00e9visions de la politique ;<\/li><li class=\"font_8\">Int\u00e9grer les aspects du respect de la culture et des traditions cries aux exigences du code du travail f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ; et,<\/li><li class=\"font_8\">Cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un manuel de politique plus convivial comprenant des aides visuelles.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>Pour garantir une int\u00e9gration harmonieuse des nouvelles politiques, un processus de gestion du changement a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place, dans le cadre duquel le personnel a re\u00e7u des outils et une formation sur la mani\u00e8re de mettre en \u0153uvre les politiques de mani\u00e8re efficace. \u00c0 ce jour, les r\u00e9actions sont tr\u00e8s positives.
