and support positive change with tools to refocus when faced with distractions.
Target Audience
All Levels
Balancing our time and priorities has become more complex in today’s fast-paced world, thanks to constant connectivity, information overload and the ever-evolving nature of work. This training program goes beyond theory by exploring how purpose, strategy and personal priorities and preferences can impact how we spend our days then moves to various planning methods, allowing individuals to tailor their strategies to their unique work styles.
Participants will gain insights into recognizing and overcoming common productivity hurdles, along with practical techniques to refocus when faced with distractions, competing priorities and the stress that can come from never-ending feelings of urgency. With time allocated to action planning, participants will leave feeling more equipped to make more effective and efficient choices each day.
We all learn differently. At the core, Boreala Management’s design is inclusive and considers a whole host of participant needs and preferences to ensure a psychologically safe and optimal learning environment. We incorporate activities for experiential learning, inquiry exercises for reflection, guidelines for conceptualization, and simple tools (handouts) for applying the content in the workplace.
