Teamwork & Collaboration
Achieve powerful goals and innovation as a team while maintaining harmony,
building on individual strengths and creating a culture of achievement.
Target Audience
All Levels
Effective teamwork and collaboration results in something that individuals could not have achieved on their own – it only works if the table is set for supportive communication, adapting to individual needs, flexing for the context/situation and having clear goals to aim for. This program will help individuals and teams constructively work towards accountability and agreement, and achieve results while maintaining a positive team culture.

- Team effectiveness as the team moves through Tuckman’s phases of development
- Clarity on what accountability means in a team setting
- Deeper empathy when managing reactions and providing feedback
- Clear commitments to bring back to the team
We all learn differently. At the core, Boreala Management’s design is inclusive and considers a whole host of participant needs and preferences to ensure a psychologically safe and optimal learning environment. We incorporate activities for experiential learning, inquiry exercises for reflection, guidelines for conceptualization, and simple tools (handouts) for applying the content in the workplace.
