Setting Objectives with Impact
Unlock the power of goal-setting and prioritization.
Equip your team with tools to craft objectives that align with the organizational mission.
Target Audience
Employees thrive when they have clear goals and objectives. Aligning individual objectives with the organization’s mission and priorities fosters accountability, engagement, and motivation. Individual objectives also play an important role in performance management, employee development, and rewards and recognition. In this training, we will explore the benefits of setting objectives and how to craft objectives to maximize potential, leveraging tried and true approaches such as the SMART framework.
This program is designed to help participants understand how to align individual objectives with organizational goals, and appreciate the value this alignment brings to employees, departments and the organization as a whole.
We all learn differently. At the core, Boreala Management’s design is inclusive and considers a whole host of participant needs and preferences to ensure a psychologically safe and optimal learning environment. We incorporate activities for experiential learning, inquiry exercises for reflection, guidelines for conceptualization, and simple tools (handouts) for applying the content in the workplace.
