With so much time spent in meetings during the average year, increasing the impact of time spent together is a worthwhile investment. This program focuses on 2 critical skills: planning and running the meeting to ensure objectives are met. From clarifying the intent of the meeting and selecting the right approach to building and guiding attendees through a well-crafted agenda, this program will increase participant confidence while boosting the overall meeting productivity within your organization. This training also highlights the essential differences for both online virtual meetings and in-person meetings, providing insights to ensure maximum effectiveness across various situations and types of meetings.

NOTE: This training has been designed for approximately 8-10 participants. Any changes to this (i.e. mixed level audience, more people or shorter training days) may require modifications to ensure an optimal learning experience
