Navigating Change
Thrive in the face of change, increase resilience and achieve sustainable success in today’s world of work.
Target Audience
Everyone
The pace of change has reached unprecedented levels. A dynamic landscape shaped by technology, global influences and disruptive events close to home adds complexity to change initiatives at work, requiring organizations and individuals to become more adaptable, resilience and proactive. When employees have an increased understanding of the cumulative impacts of change inside and outside of the organization, their own responses to change, they are better able to constructively contribute ideas, raise team morale, and actively participate in transitions.
This program is designed to help participants: develop a deeper appreciation of change dynamics, improve their communication capabilities, and apply the techniques to increase personal and team resilience during times of transition.
We all learn differently. At the core, Boreala Management’s design is inclusive and considers a whole host of participant needs and preferences to ensure a psychologically safe and optimal learning environment. We incorporate activities for experiential learning, inquiry exercises for reflection, guidelines for conceptualization, and simple tools (handouts) for applying the content in the workplace.
- Success factors that make an organizational change possible
- The ways global events, technology, the organization, and work-life responsibilities drive change

- To build resilience and self-awareness around the things in and out of their control
- The Change Curve, the emotional journey when dealing with loss
- Inspired by Kubler-Ross’s model of 5 Stages of Grief
