Target Audience
Suitable for new managers, supervisors or more experienced people leaders wishing to fine tune their core management skills.
Equip your managers with extensive tools to develop and enhance their essential management skills to further increase their team’s performance and productivity. Participants are provided a leadership style assessment utilized throughout the entirety of the program as well as 2 individual coaching sessions with the facilitator. Peer learning and transfer of learning activities are imbedded in the program.
Participants will explore: how to flex their leadership style for improved impact, communication techniques and positioning skills to gain employee buy-in, strategies to deliver constructive feedback to empower their team, time allocation resources to set goals and ensure team alignment, tools to manage difficult conversations, strategies to reinforce trust, motivate, and engage, staff in uncertain times.
