Influencing Skills
This program equips individuals with the skills to establish and maintain trust,
enabling them to influence up, down, and across the organization and achieve relationship-focused win-win outcomes.
Target Audience
All Levels
In a complex and sometimes decentralized world of work, getting results can depend on relationship equity where credibility, trust and follow-through are critical. Building and maintaining strong relationships through generosity and reciprocity leads to sustainable and strong partnerships where everyone is invested willing to give and take, and together, achieve success.
- Enhanced self-awareness as participants are introduced to The Trust Equation to assess their own levels of trustworthiness
- Increased team and organizational impact as participants learn to adjust to the preferences and needs of others
- Strengthened relationships and networks through the principles of reciprocity and generosity
- Optimized communication choices relating to appropriate channels, timing, and settings for requests
We all learn differently. At the core, Boreala Management’s design is inclusive and considers a whole host of participant needs and preferences to ensure a psychologically safe and optimal learning environment. We incorporate activities for experiential learning, inquiry exercises for reflection, guidelines for conceptualization, and simple tools (handouts) for applying the content in the workplace.
