Effective facilitation can be a powerful tool in helping groups come to consensus, to own outcomes and feel included by respectfully allowing for multiple, diverse voices and opinions throughout the process. This practical program incorporates meeting structure planning and facilitation approaches with an emphasis on effective decision-making and consensus-building.
This program is designed to help participants: select meeting mediums and channels, increase their confidence in working in hybrid environments, resolving conflicts and provide the opportunity to explore different techniques for various partnering contexts.
We all learn differently. At the core, Boreala Management’s design is inclusive and considers a whole host of participant needs and preferences to ensure a psychologically safe and optimal learning environment. We incorporate activities for experiential learning, inquiry exercises for reflection, guidelines for conceptualization, and simple tools (handouts) for applying the content in the workplace.
