Change can certainly be messy and complex, but with the right processes and tools, managing organizational change becomes more streamlined and effective. This program equips participants with foundational knowledge, practical tools, and strategies to navigate the challenges of change. From assessing and defining the scope of change to determining its impact on stakeholders, participants will gain access to proven approaches and templates designed to save time, ease the load, and ensure everyone is informed and engaged at the right level and at the right time.

NOTE: This training has been designed for approximately 8-10 participants. Any changes to this (i.e. mixed level audience, more people or shorter training days) may require modifications to ensure an optimal learning experience
