What is BorealaRISE and who is it for?
BorealaRISE delivers expert-led, high-impact employee training programs designed for organizations across sectors, whether you’re focused on leadership, communication, project management, or organizational effectiveness.
Do you customize content for our organization?
Absolutely. Our training is fully tailored to your organization’s goals, challenges, and participant profile to ensure maximum relevance and impact. Simply reach out to us with your team’s needs, and we’ll schedule a 30-minute introductory call to explore the best-fit programs and discuss any customization required.
How many people can attend a session?
Our programs are ideal for groups of 10 or more. For group registrations, feel free to contact us to discuss logistics and availability. If you’re looking for individual training, you can explore our open- enrollment sessions. Most of our programs are available in both in-person and online formats to accommodate your team’s preferences and schedule.
What are Open Enrollment programs?
These are publicly scheduled training sessions that individual professionals or small groups can register for without needing to organize a private session.
Who can attend the Open Enrollment programs?
Anyone looking to enhance their professional skills—managers, HR professionals, team leads, and individuals seeking career development.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
For customized group training delivered through Boreala RISE, cancellation terms are defined in your service agreement or contract. Please refer to your signed contract for details regarding rescheduling, cancellations, and applicable fees.
For Open Enrollment registrations, if a participant cancels their registration within 7 business days but no later than 24 hours prior to the event, a 40% cancellation fee will apply, based on the amount stated in the registration form. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
