Effectively visualizing the journey of a process from its inception to its end is a valuable tool for organizational management and planning. Organizations can streamline operations through clarifying work processes, simplifying documents and conveying critical procedures without the burden of overly detailed instructions. Process mapping not only identifies the parties involved in a process and their assigned actions but also emphasizes areas where a process could be improved. 

This program is designed to help participants: learn the fundamentals of building process maps, how to identify a problem and its boundaries, and outline the sequential steps to build a robust flowchart. They will be given the opportunity to construct their own process maps, applying their learnings and leave equipped to confidently map out their own processes in the future.

We all learn differently. At the core, Boreala Management’s design is inclusive and considers a whole host of participant needs and preferences to ensure a psychologically safe and optimal learning environment. We incorporate activities for experiential learning, inquiry exercises for reflection, guidelines for conceptualization, and simple tools (handouts) for applying the content in the workplace.

NOTE: This training has been designed for approximately 8-10 participants. Any changes to this (i.e. mixed level audience, more people or shorter training days) may require modifications to ensure an optimal learning experience
